Having spent the last 18 years in a managerial capacity with two of the largest Pharmacy Service providers, I have long felt that something was missing in Long Term Care Pharmacy - a focus on people. While recognizing that technological evolution has contributed to recent advances in the level of care exhibited in facilities such as yours, I feel the time has come to bring a renewed emphasis on people back into the equation.
